We are seeking <strong>Epic Tapestry Medical Management Analysts<\/strong> with strong implementation experience to support system configuration, workflow design, and testing activities.<\/p>\n<p>This role will work within a complex enterprise Epic implementation supporting multiple lines of business including <strong>Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and Commercial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must have hands-on build experience within Epic implementations, particularly within Tapestry Medical Management workflows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform <strong>Epic Tapestry system build and configuration<\/strong> supporting Medical Management workflows<\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into <strong>Epic configuration and build specifications<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Configure <strong>care management and utilization management workflows<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain <strong>flow sheets, documentation tools, and communication templates (letters)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Participate in <strong>design workshops and workflow assessment sessions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>integration testing, unit testing, and user acceptance testing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, clinical teams, and IT<\/li>\n<li>Maintain documentation of <strong>system build, workflows, and configuration decisions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Support implementation activities including <strong>build validation, testing, and go-live preparation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Epic Tapestry Certification<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Experience supporting <\/span><strong>Tapestry Medical Management workflows<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">3-5+ years Epic analyst experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Demonstrated hands-on configuration and build experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Experience configuring flow sheets, documentation elements, and communication templates (letters)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Experience supporting <\/span><strong>large enterprise Epic deployments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: sans-serif;\">Strong understanding of <\/span><strong>care management and utilization management workflows<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting <strong>payer organizations or health plans<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience working with <strong>large enterprise Epic implementations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>population health, care management, or utilization management programs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Epic analytics tools such as Cogito or Caboodle<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work within <strong>complex enterprise implementations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate effectively in <strong>ambiguous or evolving project environments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sr. Epic Tapestry Analyst New York, New York<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
