This role will serve as the delivery backbone between engineering teams, site stakeholders, and leadership to ensure consistent, on-time execution.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who understands networking concepts but prefers driving execution over configuring equipment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage delivery across <strong>5\u20138 concurrent sites<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones<\/li>\n<li>Lead status calls and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with network and wireless engineers<\/li>\n<li>Track site readiness, low-voltage coordination, and infrastructure dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Escalate blockers and drive issue resolution proactively<\/li>\n<li>Provide clear weekly reporting to leadership stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Help standardize PM processes and documentation for repeatable delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If scope expands, this PM may help onboard and mentor additional PMs as part of a scalable delivery model.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>What You Bring<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of technical project management experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of networking concepts (LAN\/WAN, wireless, switching, infrastructure upgrades)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting multi-site deployments or infrastructure rollouts<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in engineering-heavy environments<\/li>\n<li>Strong documentation and reporting discipline<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nice to Have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare environment experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating low-voltage vendors<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to Cisco wireless\/network environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project Manager &#8211; Network renton, Washington<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
