  • Support project intake, prioritization, governance, and transition of approved work into project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and portfolio information to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate implementation readiness, go-live activities, transition planning, and post-launch follow-up.
  • Balance multiple concurrent initiatives while adapting to shifting priorities and resource constraints.
  • Collaborate with PMO leadership to identify and implement improvements in project management processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira for project management and tracking is required.
  • Proven ability to independently build and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, status reporting, and project documentation in Smartsheet.
  • Ability to use Jira to manage and track Epics, stories/tasks, project work, dependencies, sprint activity, and status.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and decisions proactively and clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both working teams and senior leaders, and to translate complex project information into concise status reporting.
  • Effective facilitation skills to drive meetings toward decisions, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
  • High level of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing cross-functional business and technology initiatives (preferred).
